Parents, the week of March 29, I sent home a letter and application for requesting transportation for next school year for those in Columbus City School District. If your children rode the bus last year, you need to reapply, one application for each child. If you would like to have your child ride the bus for next year and live 2 miles from school please complete the form and send it to the office as soon as possible. If your child is in SW City Schools and you want to apply for busing, the parent must go to the transportation depot on Southwest Blvd. taking proof residency and child's birth certificate. Please call Mary Ann Graham with questions. Columbus City Schools and South Western City School make final determination on who is eligible to ride.
FACTS tuition payment plan forms were sent home the week on April12 with students. Parents who used this plan to pay tuition last year or who did not indicate how they were going to pay tuition on their registration form were sent an application and instructions on how to complete them. Please ask your children for the envelope with the forms. If you did not receive an application and would like to use FACTS payment plan, please call the school office. Please return the form to the office as soon as you can, do not include tuition amount, we will calculate tuition after we hear about all tuition grants and assistance.
