November 30 will be a 1:30 dismissal. This is so the faculty may work on the new accreditation plan. These plans must be evaluated and reworked every 5 years. Our new plan is in the process of being formulated. The faculty takes these valuable times to work on and eventually finalize the plan. Your understanding is appreciated.
Congratulations to the 3rd grade on winning the 1st quarter box tops competition! They turned in 750 box tops! Mr. Fumi will announce when your dress down will be. The 1st quarter competition was a success…we earned $403.00 for the school!! Thanks so much for your support! Please continue to turn in box tops. The 2nd quarter competition has started!
Home and School will be doing another classroom Box Tops Competition which started October 31st and runs through January 13th. The class who brings in the most box tops during this time will receive a dress down day. We will again use the clear containers for the students to see their classroom’s progress. If you could neatly cut the box tops on the dotted lines, it would be greatly appreciated. Each box top is worth 10 cents when our school redeems them. This money is used to purchase learning tools for the students. Last school year, we earned close to $1,000.00 for SMM. In addition to these quarterly competitions, the class that brings in the most box tops will earn a Pizza Party at the end of the school year. If you have any questions, please call Melissa Grimm, 309-4992. Thank you for all of your support! Good Luck Students!
The Parent/Grandparent Breakfast originally scheduled for Wednesday, November 16 has been cancelled. We will schedule another breakfast in the near future.
